Okay place for parts but look out for the New employees that doesn't know how or what part your looking for.
Unfortunately we're a long way from home when our truck broke down 25 minutes walking distance one way from this one store. We had picked up parts from another Autozone who said we had the right ones and of course they weren't. Being they were sockets and Autozone offers delivery we called this store. The first thing they told us was they didn't have a driver which would have been OK however the person on the other end of the line asked the entire story. .5 minutes into the story he puts us on hold. ...for 15 MINUTES! I know we could have hung up however I am the type who feels that perhaps there's good in the world trying to make a difference vs good for nothing so I waited. ...should have hung up because in that time frame everyone in the store must have been hit with an amnesia stick because I get, "thanks for calling Autozone how can I help you ". My reply, "you've had me on hold for 15 minutes..I'm hoping you have an answer for me by now. " Guy said what is it you're waiting for....proceeds to repeat the summary I've given him and no one in the store fesses up to talking to us 15 min prior. I thanked him for nothing and hung up. Just poor customer service overall and no apologies. If you plan on going into the store I hope you all have better luck...but phone skills need some touch up. You tend to see the commercials from Autozone and their pledge that customers come first..I think they fell way short this time around.
