Overpriced, cheap furniture.
I contacted the warranty company and was told that I would be able to fix the lives eat and the chair, but material is not covered. The store provided me a brochure that states that if the warranty is not ysed, I can apply the total cost of the warranty to a new purchase. The store is claiming this is not true even though it is in black and white. This is shady business. Do not do business with any Badcock furniture stores.
Two years ago, I purchased a three piece living room set and paid deparate insurance for each item. At the time, I expressed my concerns about the furniture bring able to handle the weight of my children and the nails of the five animals I had at the time. I was assured that the insurance would civet all damages. Two years later, the recliner is leaning and did not withstand the weight of my son. The loveseat footrest is not closing and locking in properly. The sofa has damage to the material from my dogs nails.
Do not buy from this store. They are misleading with the information they provide on warranties to get the sale.
