Very poor rules. Here it is 3:30 pm been traveling since 6:30 am from St Augustin Fl towards home in Virginia stopped for the night in our RV at the Walmart and because we don't have a house address they won't take our order which would have probably been with a 20% tip almost $50. What a sorry place. Here we are sitting here with a most a $100 setup rig and I asked him was he afraid we were going to rob his driver. I said all we wanted was a pizza that we were tired and hungry. The sorry rude manager had nerve he hung up on me. I think his owner just might hear about this one. One rule is one rule, but hanging up on a possible customer?? Called Pizza Hut first they said they just don't deliver. Another reason I don't like Domino's. It's a shame Dillon.
I will never go to this domino and I will be sure to spread the word. Placed an order 2:30 2hours+ still no delivery. Called to find out the order put on hold 22 min. I went to the store and I was still on hold while talking to clerk. Then the man decided to tell me it was a carry out. It was not it was a delivery. The man asked for address if carryout then why ask for address. No excuse worst place and the one star was only to be able to post this. Wouldn't except with out a star.
I am normally not a fan of Domino's but I need 4 pizzas in a hurry and to my surprise. They were great.
Wish I could rate a -10!! Worst experience ordering pizza from anywhere that delivers. I ordered a pizza at 11am. Around 12 I called to make sure it was being delivered and the person on the phone said they just put it in the oven and it would be there 20 to 30 minutes later. After an hour went by I tried calling the store and got no answer. I tried to call several times over the next 45 minutes with yet again no answer until my pizza finally arrives at 1:45 (almost 3 hours after I ordered!!!!). They still made me pay full price and couldn't even give me a coupon for anything. On top of that the 2 medium pizzas I ordered were both completely wrong and one was actually a small. Plus it was beyond disgusting!! Worst customer service experience I've ever had anywhere.
Made a mistake on my order gave me hand tossed instead of thin crust. Instead of giving me the run around the delivery guy delivered another pizza for free even while being out of his delivery zone because I was at work and couldn't leave!!!!!! Domino's in Dillon S.C is the best!
