I give them 5 stars for having a heart and taking us and our pets in while evacuating from hurricane Irma after the jerks at the Quality Inn messed up our reservation. Thank you for helping an exhausted family from Tampa out after being on the road all day and exhausted.
They don't give an option less than one star! No hot water, broken phone and broken remote. We had to take a shower in another room. It was 10 rooms away. We asked to be moved. It fell on deaf ears and the innkeeper never offered a refund. Run away and keep running. Go to the Quality Inn!
Clean up service terrible, windows dirty, stain on comforter then when replaced it had a burnt space on it, maids threw away my personal soap, no trash can liners and toilet was stopped up, I had to call a few times. Freezer needed defrosting, ice machine was broke our whole stay. I slept on top of the covers. I was not comfortable. I was there for my family reunion and this is the motel chosen. Bad choice!!! I will never stay there again. Motel manager Ms Patel was not friendly or helpful. I should have taken pictures. The rooms look nothing like the website it brochures. We had a smoking room, no ash trays and burnt marks on tub and counter tops.
So, I stayed here for a few hours. When I booked online, it said it would not charge my card. When I arrived, it charged it. I asked for a reversal because I paid in cash. The next morning, no reversal had been done. In fact my card had been charged twice. So for a room that was $72.80, I actually had paid $218.40. So one of the young ladies went above and beyond to do the two reversals. So, I got one back and had to call corporate to get the other one. I received that one back too. So when I checked my balance, they had charged me again. So this meant I was paying $145.60. This guy said it was correct but it's not. So basically the young lady that checked me in kept my cash because I find out she circled credit on my receipt that she kept from and circled cash on mine. Wow, I will never stay here again
It deserves a zero star. This place is filly, and smells like trash. We are on our way back from Tampa two days before Hurricane Irma will impact FL. NO ROOMS WERE available for about 100 miles along I95. We checked in at this place late. The room we got is very dirty and it felt like that no one had used the room for long time. There is no comforter on the bed, just a cover sheet. I would never stay at another Days Inn again.
