When i say i dont want no one in my room that what i mean. Dont come in. Not even to get 4 towels.
Poor sanitation, my wife found a mouse in our room. Made us leave as soon as she saw it.

Affordable and comfy ,with lots of stores and restaurants ,nearby!
4-1-17, the room was fine but had bedbugs. I woke up about 3am itching real bad and told my friend that something was biting me,we got up and started looking at the bed and saw bedbugs crawling at the head of the bed. We immediately got dressed and went to the front office to report the bedbug problem but the manger wasn't there, we asked for our money back. The lady we reported to wrote our stament down,she was nice about it and said the manger sprayed the rooms, she apologized and told us to come to the manger in the morning. While we're at the front office another guy from room 237 came and reported that he had bedbugs too. Our room was 245. Will not stay there anymore.
I don't want to give this place any stars. Staying here is like staying at a zoo they have the most insects I every seen in my life. The room don't need just a upgrade they need to shut this place down. Housekeeping don't clean good and when you tell the front office your problem it's like talk to a brick wall. I tell you this place does not care about their customers. Smh
